In 2022, Tenby Partners successfully designed and developed a 300,000 SF Build-To-Suit industrial facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for Grupo Sesé, a leading Spanish logistics and manufacturing company. This state-of-the-art facility was custom-built to meet Grupo Sesé’s unique operational requirements, integrating advanced robotics and electronic process management systems to support their highly automated, just-in-time production line.
Originally planned as a 265,000 SF facility, the project expanded to 300,000 SF during construction due to Grupo Sesé’s evolving needs. Tenby’s flexibility and problem-solving expertise ensured seamless adaptation while maintaining timelines and quality, delivering a facility that exceeded expectations.
