Jim Miller is a resourceful real estate executive with over three decades of experience managing complex projects and creating successful real estate strategies. He served as Executive Vice President at Pizzuti Companies for nearly 30 years, overseeing the development of over $600M in office, manufacturing, and distribution facilities across seven states.

Jim’s career highlights include managing a $250M real estate portfolio, leading the development of the largest LEED-certified distribution center in the U.S., and executing the Whirlpool North American Headquarters Campus project.
