This entails authorizing and approving all field transactions, contributing to project procedures, and ensuring compliance with project safety requirements and work rules among site personnel.

Furthermore, Tom coordinates all on-site employees, planning and supervising craft foremen and activities. This includes managing manpower allocation, documenting completed work, and addressing material and equipment needs for all trades.
