With nearly two decades of accounting expertise acquired from various Columbus Real Estate and Development Companies, including Coastal Ridge Real Estate, JP Morgan Chase, Urban Innovations, Equity, and Olshan Properties, Nicole is a seasoned real estate and development finance professional. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Accounting from The Ohio State University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to her role.

 

Within the Tenby team Nicole manages critical financial operations, overseeing monthly draws for development and construction projects and maintaining the financial health of various Tenby entities.
