BEN SCHUEN

As a senior associate at Tenby, Ben has made significant contributions propelling the company towards its growth and success. Throughout his tenure, Ben has played a principal role in a diverse portfolio of industrial development projects totaling over $300 million in value. His expertise and involvement are at work in all phases of the development process, from sourcing land sites to underwriting new investment and development opportunities, structuring debt and equity, and performing various project and asset management roles throughout Tenby’s industrial portfolio.

 

Ben enjoys collaborating with and working alongside the team and individuals from various third-party partners who are involved throughout a project's lifecycle. This includes partnering with clients and tenants, pursuing new business with economic directors and brokers, and coordinating the design and construction of projects with civil engineers, architects, and Tenby’s in-house general construction team.
