MARK DRIVER

In his role as Project Superintendent, Mark plays a crucial role in overseeing on-site administrative and technical operations. He provides essential supervision to subcontractors, employees, and resources, ensuring that projects adhere to approved designs, budgets, schedules, and contract documents. Mark holds the responsibility of authorizing and approving all field transactions, contributing to and implementing project procedures, and enforcing project safety requirements and work rules among site personnel.

Mark is also responsible for coordinating all on-site employees, planning, and supervising craft foremen and activities. This includes allocating manpower hours and levels, documenting completed work, and managing material and equipment needs across all trades.
