This project involved a multi-phase renovation and expansion to enhance patient care and facility connectivity. The project consisted of three key components: the construction of a new OSU Mammography center, the addition of a connector linking two buildings, and a comprehensive four-phase renovation of the OSU Gynecologic Oncology suite. Throughout the project, Tenby prioritized minimizing disruptions to patient services while delivering high-quality construction solutions.

Navigating construction during the COVID-19 pandemic posed unique challenges. The Tenby team ensured patient safety and operational continuity by maintaining negative air pressure in the construction area, preventing dust infiltration, and keeping essential mechanical services functional during treatments. Additionally, Tenby collaborated closely with OSU and the design team to optimize HVAC solutions and adjust project phasing, achieving significant cost savings while ensuring seamless clinic operations.
