Revitalizing The Wilson Road Neighborhood
We transformed a vacant and outdated office building into a thriving hub for innovation. Collaborating with the City, OneColumbus, and local stakeholders, we designed two, 43,000 SF lab-tech buildings.
With a Class-A exterior and flex-industrial functionality, these spaces are now home to nine tenants and support nearly 100 new jobs. More than just a development, this project revitalized the Wilson Road corridor, attracting further investment and driving long-term economic growth.
